Both songs were published jointly by Perabest Music and Goldteak Music, BMI. Goldteak Music Co. was also associated with Melatone label. Miles Grayson was the arranger. 45 rpm issue #IA-127 had a yellow label with black script. Both sides were published by TAPIER Music Corporation, BMI. Masters were IA-2038/2039. Composer credit for master IA-2039 was to: (B. Bizor – M. Rubenstein). Presumably Rubenstein was connected with the label.
